Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).

Business details you give us: business name, phone, service area, website, logo, photos, text and change requests.

Billing details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store card numbers.

Technical data: basic logs and error reports needed to keep the service running. Error reports exclude form contents and cookies.

Leads from client websites

When someone submits a contact or quote form on a website we host, we process what they enter (such as name, phone, email and message) on behalf of that business, as its service provider, so it can reach them. We keep leads for up to 24 months.

How we use it

To build, host and maintain your website, handle your requests, send you service emails (such as "your mockup is ready"), bill you, and keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of our service, such as hosting, database, email delivery and payments, only as needed to provide it. We may disclose information when required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your dashboard, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it, subject to records we must keep (such as billing records).

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date.
